Unfortunately the plugin does not longer work for newer versions of Thundbird. The better alternative is <a href=\"https:\/\/addons.thunderbird.net\/de\/thunderbird\/addon\/tbsync\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TbSync<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15279\" src=\"http:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/tb_sync_1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"741\" height=\"291\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/tb_sync_1.png 741w, https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/tb_sync_1-300x118.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 741px) 100vw, 741px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can install the plugin directly in Thunderbird.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15280\" src=\"http:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/tb_sync_2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"752\" height=\"126\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/tb_sync_2.png 752w, https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/tb_sync_2-300x50.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 752px) 100vw, 752px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Officially Google Accounts are no longer supported by the plugin. However the functionality can be activated in the extended settings. Open the Thunderbird settings and scroll to the bottom and click on the &#8220;Config Editor&#8221; button.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15281\" src=\"http:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/tb_sync_3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"424\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/tb_sync_3.png 424w, https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/tb_sync_3-300x159.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 424px) 100vw, 424px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Accept the warning which appears. In the editor we have to create a new &#8220;boolean value&#8221;. Activate the synchronization and select the contact <a href=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/en\/49271\/vba-read-out-folder-and-directory-names-and-list-in-excel\/\">lists<\/a> and calendars you want to synchronize. You can also define read\/write access.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15294\" src=\"http:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/tb_sync_16.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"762\" height=\"652\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/tb_sync_16.png 762w, https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/tb_sync_16-300x257.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 762px) 100vw, 762px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once you click the &#8220;Synchronize now&#8221; button the items are synchronized.
