Unfortunately, the login did not work, I only got the message that the connection cannot be established.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/s3iWPnnmW0Q\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nYour credentials did not work. The logon attempt failed.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/remote_en_1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"456\" height=\"438\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-24028\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/remote_en_1.png 456w, https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/remote_en_1-300x288.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 456px) 100vw, 456px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Basically, when logging in using <a href=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/en\/50644\/rdp-tunnelling-with-ssh\/\" title=\"RDP tunnelling with SSH\">Remote Desktop<\/a> and Microsoft account, use the password of the Microsoft account, not the PIN that is used to log in to the computer.<\/p>\n<p>I did this, but the login still did not work. Maybe it was because I had just recently changed my account?<\/p>\n<p>The solution in this case is to open a command prompt and enter the following command:<\/p>\n<pre>\r\nrunas \/u:MicrosoftAccount\\somebody@somecompany.com cmd.exe\r\n<\/pre>\n<p>The e-mail address must be adjusted according to the Microsoft account. After entering, we will be asked for the password. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/remote_en_2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"652\" height=\"146\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-24030\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/remote_en_2.png 652w, https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/remote_en_2-300x67.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 652px) 100vw, 652px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Done!
