During the installation of openSuse, the WLAN or the hardware was not recognized.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--> <\/p>\n<p>I wanted to install Linux on my laptop for some time, but have always hesitated a bit. New hardware, drivers, so I&#8217;d rather wait until the Linux community catches up. <\/p>\n<p>Now I dared and installed openSuse parallel to Windows. During the installation came immediately the first disillusionment, only the normal network card was recognized. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/suse_network_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"898\" height=\"303\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-24908\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/suse_network_1.jpg 898w, https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/suse_network_1-300x101.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/suse_network_1-768x259.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 898px) 100vw, 898px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>That is usually not a good omen. What use is a Linux in the end, if not even WLAN works. My network adapter is an &#8220;Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160 Mhz&#8221; Adapter according to Windows Device Manager. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/suse_network_2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"419\" height=\"281\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-24910\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/suse_network_2.png 419w, https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/suse_network_2-300x201.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 419px) 100vw, 419px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I just continued the installation at the end.
