This is particularly inconvenient with several monitors if you want to adjust the brightness during the day according to the ambient brightness.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/s81mdKYQ8pI\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The solution is software. So far I use the software &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/7552\/clickmonitorddc-bildschirmhelligkeit-regeln-in-windows\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ClickMonitorDDC<\/a>&#8221; for this. A modern alternative is the open source software &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/emoacht\/Monitorian\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Monitorian<\/a>&#8220;. The software can be obtained directly from the developer&#8217;s homepage or also from the Windows Store. Most monitors support control of the settings via DDC\/CI.
