Shortcuts, i.e. key combinations, are very well suited for speedy and effective work and often make operation faster than clicking with the mouse. If you have an <a href=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/en\/50316\/vba-excel-macro-save-spreadsheet-as-csv-file\/\" title=\"VBA Excel Macro: Save spreadsheet as CSV file\">Excel spreadsheet<\/a> with many worksheets, then a key combination would not be bad to switch back and forth between the worksheets or to easily get to a specific worksheet with a shortcut.<\/p>\n<p>As you can see in the pictures below, you can switch worksheets with the following key combination:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>[Ctrl] + [Page up]<\/strong>: <em>this switches to the next worksheet on the left<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>[Ctrl] + [Page down]<\/strong>: <em>this switches to the next worksheet on the right<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_53029\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-53029\" style=\"width: 800px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-53029\" src=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/excel-shortcut-change-worksheet.jpg\" alt=\"Excel worksheet with different tabs: How to change the worksheet tab using a key combination (shortcut)\" width=\"800\" height=\"376\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/excel-shortcut-change-worksheet.jpg 800w, https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/excel-shortcut-change-worksheet-300x141.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/excel-shortcut-change-worksheet-768x361.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-53029\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Use &#8220;Ctrl&#8221; + &#8220;Page up&#8221; or &#8220;Ctrl&#8221; + &#8220;Page down&#8221;.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Here we see again on a keyboard layout where the corresponding keys are located. But this can be quite different, depending on <a href=\"https:\/\/ekiwi-blog.de\/en\/49525\/entering-the-at-sign-on-the-english-keyboard\/\" title=\"Entering the at sign on the English keyboard (@)\">the keyboard<\/a> layout.
