How can I change the Nextcloud server address later?
On my laptop, I entered a local address in the network during the first synchronisation. Afterwards, I wanted to change this to the external URL so that I can also synchronise on the move.
But there is no option for this in the GUI. The solution can be found in the “nextcloud.cfg” file. file, which is located in “AppData\Roaming\NextCloud” of the respective user.
We simply edit this file with a text editor and enter the new address. We close the Nextcloud app first. As soon as this is done, we can start the app again. A new login via the browser is then necessary.
