Windows Snipping Tool grabs the shortcut from SnagIt

SnagIt with print button without function, but the Windows Snipping Tool came instead. Was a Windows update to blame?

For screenshots I use SnagIt, also because of the integrated editor. Anyway, today I wanted to take a screenshot. However, the selection tool was a bit different and I was confused.

It turned out that the Print key shortcut opened the Windows Snipping Tool. This was new, or rather I had not set this.

At first I was at a loss. Then I found a setting for the snipping tool in the start menu. Under Accessibility – Keyboard, the option can be deactivated. I then had to restart SnagIt, but then it worked again.

I suspect the problem also affects other programmes like GreenShot.
