How can I remove ChromeOS from the system again and install Windows?
Having shown the installation of ChromeOS from an old notebook, now the question, if we change our minds, how do we get rid of it?
Fortunately, this is relatively simple. In our case, we install Windows 10 on the device again. We start the installation normally.
We click through the installation until we come to the point “Where do you want to install Windows”. Here we see a whole list of partitions that were created during the ChromeOS installation.
Now it comes to some busywork. We select each of the partitions and delete them.
We repeat this until all partitions have been removed and only unallocated space is shown. Then we can install Windows by clicking on “Next”. The Windows installation sets up the hard disk and Windows is installed.
