Thinkpad L15: Bluetooth switches off sporadically

Bluetooth problems on the laptop.

There’s always something wrong with technology. My Thinkpad has the unpleasant property of switching off Bluetooth from time to time. But it’s not switched off in the direct sense. It just doesn’t work any more. Everything is displayed as OK in the Windows settings app. But that’s all.

The problem occurs in Linux as well as in Windows. Restarting helps, but it’s annoying. In Windows, I looked in the device manager. At least an error message was displayed there.

This device was stopped because it reported an error. (code 43)

It’s nice that Windows stops the device, but then why doesn’t Windows just restart the thing? The short-term manual remedy in Windows is to deactivate the device via the driver tab and then reactivate it.
